After obtaining the CAD drawings of the customer's venue, the design department began to carefully design the layout of the bowling lanes, lighting location diagram, curtain wall location diagram, power line diagram, network routing diagram and cross-sectional diagram according to the actual situation of the venue and the customer's opinions and suggestions.
The design department will issue preliminary drawings to customers for confirmation within 24 hours and actively promote the completion of the drawing design.
Oncethe design drawings are completed and the price is negotiated, we will issue a proforma invoice based on the details of the customer's order. The proforma invoice will indicate the product name, quantity, preparation time, payment method, transportation method, packaging specifications, installation method, warranty period and other details. The seller pays us a prepayment and we start the production and preparation phase.
After receiving the advance payment from the customer, the sales department will arrange a production order to the production department. The production order will indicate the quantity, size of the site, special needs of the customer, items to be added by the customer and so on. The production department will promptly and efficiently assemble, test and package the order. The sales department will provide the customer with an update on the status of their order every Saturday, and at the same time, further communicate with the customer if there are any requirements that have been missed. During the stocking period, the production department can accept some modifications to the customer's order.
After the goods are packed, the sales department will provide the customer with a photo video of the bowling equipment goods before and after packing. The production department will issue a detailed bowling equipment cargo list, the cargo list contains the name of the part, the number of parts, the size of the package, the number of packages, the size of the package, and the photo of the package is attached to each item.

During the installation process, the customer should provide an electrician and a laborer to assist our installation engineer in the installation work. After finish the bowling alley installation, our installation workers will train the buyer's staff on how to maintain and troubleshoot the bowling equipment. The training time is usually 3 to 5 days.When the training is completed, technicians will add trainees' contacts for ongoing technical guidance.
